Abstract:
A coupling assistance device (101) is provided with a substrate (1) having a first main surface (S1), and a planar antenna (10) provided on the substrate (1), the first main surface (S1) of the substrate (1) having a first region in close proximity to the coil antenna of a portable telephone terminal (201), and a second region in close proximity to the coil antenna of an article (301) containing an RFID tag. The planar antenna (10) is provided extending from the first region to the second region of the substrate (1), and is coupled to the antenna of the portable telephone terminal (201) in the first region and to the antenna of the article (301) containing an RFID tag in the second region. An operation is thereby simplified for achieving RFID communication between a first device and a second device.
