Abstract:
A coupling device (1) comprises: a vial holding member (7) that has an inner cylindrical portion (41) for holding a vial (4); and a syringe holding member (6) that has an outer cylindrical portion (31) for receiving the inner cylindrical portion (41) and to which a syringe (2) is attached. The outer cylindrical portion (31) has a tongue (31a) that prevents the inner cylindrical portion (41) from moving toward the syringe (2) by abutting the inner cylindrical portion (41). The outer cylindrical portion (31) is drawn out of the abutment with the inner cylindrical portion (41) through the tongue (31a) being directly pushed by the vial.
