Abstract:

A cover body capable of covering a container body (2) transported in the state of storing sheets such as semiconductor wafers, comprising a facilitated attaching and detaching mechanism for production line (32) installed at the center of the opposed sides thereof, the facilitated attaching and detaching mechanism for production line (32) further comprising a locking plate (34) locked to a second fitted part (21) and a delivery member (35) locked to the locking plate (34) and moved in and out, the delivery member (35) further comprising a locking arm part (57) for fixing the delivery member (35) provided at the end part thereof in rotating direction and a supporting rail part (56) for controlling the moving in and out of the locking plate (34), wherein the locking plate (34) is swingably and slidably supported and comprises a retaining claw part (51) locked to the second fitted part (21) at the tip thereof, whereby the cover body for transportation (4) can be installed on the container body (2) for use as a sheet supporting container (1) for transportation, and the cover body for production line (5) can be installed thereon for use as the sheet supporting container (1) for production line.
