Abstract:
The invention relates to a cover grille (18) for covering an inlet opening or outlet opening of a duct through which a gaseous medium flows which cover grille has a plurality of passage openings (23) formed by components of the cover grille. Furthermore, the duct is connected to a sound-producing device at the end of the duct facing away from the cover grille (18). The aim of the invention is to create a device for sound damping at the inlet opening or outlet opening by structurally simple means suitable for mass production, in that the components are designed as fins (21) and at least one region of the surface (19) of the fins (21) of the cover grille (18), which region faces the sound-producing device, is designed as a sound absorber. The sound absorbers should be formed by microperforated surfaces (24).
