Abstract:
A cover member according to the present invention covers a display device, said cover member comprising a glass plate which has a first surface and a second surface, and a single functional film which is formed on the first surface. The functional film contains an inorganic oxide which constitutes a three-dimensional network bond, inorganic oxide fine particles which contain a same element as the inorganic oxide, and antimicrobial metal ions. The inorganic oxide fine particles form a relief structure in the surface of the functional film.
