COVER UNDERPANTS Technical Field
This invention relates to underpants no matter male or female, and is according to International Patent Classification (IPC) classified as A41B9/00 - underpants. For years, the greatest problem that handicapped or sick persons faced with have been dressing their underpants. Usually, those persons cannot dress themselves on their own and they need assistance of other people because they are unable to lean or they had backache or other similar difficulties. This often leads to unpleasant situation and those persons are embarrassed and they are in unpleasant situation. On the other hand, current technical field and current technical solution for the similar products does not allow for easy change of underpants even with healthy persons. For example, this is usually case when there is a need to change underpants in airplanes, trains, airports, stations and in any narrow place, because it is necessary to undress all the cloths before changing underpants. Often, in these situations it is very difficult to easy change underpants because of tight rooms or bad hygienic room conditions. Background Art
Up to now there has been suggested number of solutions for underpants. All those solutions have provided for one peace underpants with two holes for the legs to get through and band around waste with elastic string or rope for holding them around waste. Underpants, no matter male or female may be shallow or deep, tight or wide, but they are always in one peace and they are always dressed with legs get through the two holes. Disclosure of the Invention The primary goal of the invention is to enable that dressing or undressing of underpants can be executed without any assistance and without banding or getting legs through the holes in underpants.
Secondary goal of the invention is to enable to the handicapped or invalid persons to dress or undress on their own and without any assistance and thus preventing them to be embarrassed and to protect their human integrity when 2 dressing or undressing their underpants when they are in hospitals, homes, etc.
Additional goal of the invention is to enable to the passengers, especially those traveling on long lasting trips, to dress or undress underpants without undressing other pieces of cloths.
Additional goals and benefits of invention will be disclosed in the description of invention and partially through its usage.
Cover underpants according to this invention have slits on the both, left and right sides at the waist band and which can be buttoned in different ways and all familiar in current technical fields, whether connection is made by buttons, tape, hooks or by zip fastener, or any other way of connection. Detailed description of at least one of the ways of implementing the invention
Referring to the Figure 1 and 2 it can be seen that connecting two sides of the underpants is very simple and it functions in a way to hold side 4 of the pants with one hand and hold the other side 5 with other hand and connects two sides with connectors 6 and 9. After that holding side 8 of the pants with one hand and holding side 7 with the other hand and connect two sides with connectors 10 and 11 and dressing is over without banding or dressing pants by getting legs through the holes.
According to this invention these pants are composed of elastic waist band 1, sides 4, 5, 7 and 8 and connectors 6, 9 10 and 11. In accordance to the invention connectors can be buttons, bands, hooks, zip fastener which is already familiar in the technical field. Body of the pants is /2009
3 made of cotton cloths numbered as 12 at the Figures 1, 2 and 3. Elastic waist band 1 and 2 are made of elastic bands which are sew up to the pants 12 and connecters 6, 9, 10 an 11 are fixed to it.
As it is shown in the figure 3 according to this invention dressing pants for handicapped or invalid persons is easy and this allows also for the healthy people to use these pants, hi addition, washing and ironing of these pants is very easy and it brings for more value to this invention.
Production and applicability of this invention is very easy and enables production of all the sizes and designs which are required by the market no matter they are male or female or fro which age. Industrial Applicability
By this way, invention enables a practical and long lasting use of these pants for every day usage and it can be used by people with different health problems, and this invention is of the most benefit specifically to those people.
It is obvious that it is possible to make any changes in the way of design, connection without changing the nature of the invention.
