Abstract:
The present invention relates to a COVID-19 infection model using lung organoids. Lung organoids infected with a respiratory virus, produced according to the present invention, are expected to be effectively used in preclinical or clinical drug screening and the like for the development of therapeutic agents for SARS-CoV-2 infection.
