Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a CPA primer, a detection kit and a detection method for killing leukotoxin positive staphylococcus aureus. The CPA primer designed for a target spot pvl comprises stripping primers 4s and 5a, a cross amplification primer 2a1s, and specific primers 2a and 3a, and the nucleotide sequences of the primers are respectively as shown in SEQ ID NO.1 to SEQ ID NO.5. According to the present invention, a pair of stripping primers, cross primers and specific primers are designed for a specific target sequence pvl of staphylococcus aureus toxin-killing toxin, a cross primer isothermal amplification reaction system is constructed, and the detection of the pvl staphylococcus aureus carrying the leukocyte killing toxin gene is realized.
