Disclosed is a cracking device, comprising a primary cracking cylinder body, a secondary cracking cylinder body and a heating cylinder. The primary cracking cylinder body is provided with material through-holes on a cylinder wall thereof. The secondary cracking cylinder body is arranged outside a cylinder wall of the primary cracking cylinder in a spirally winding manner. The secondary cracking cylinder body is in communication with the primary cracking cylinder body via the material through holes. Incompletely cracked solid materials in the primary cracking cylinder body pass into the secondary cracking cylinder body by means of the material through holes. The heating cylinder is hermetically sleeved on the periphery of the primary cracking cylinder body, and the primary cracking cylinder body is rotatably movable relative to the heating cylinder, which is fixedly arranged. The secondary cracking cylinder body is arranged inside the heating cylinder. The cracking device permits a first cracking of materials in the primary cylinder body followed by a second cracking of the materials in the secondary cracking cylinder body, which allows sufficient cracking reactions of the materials and increases cracking efficiency in comparison to existing processes of cracking only in a cracking cylinder.
