Abstract:
A crankcase heating system, comprising: a heater (1) mounted on an engine (4), an oil-gas separator assembly (5) being installed in the heater (1); a heating water flow channel (2) arranged in the heater (1), a first end of the heating water flow channel (2) being connected to a water outlet interface on a cylinder cap of the engine (4), and a second end of the heating water flow channel (2) being connected to a water pump water intake pipe; and a solenoid valve arranged on the heating water flow channel (2). Also comprising a control method for use in the heating system: opening the solenoid valve on the basis of the ambient temperature, such that the water flow in the engine (4) flows through the heating water flow channel (2) to the water pump water intake pipe; detecting in real time the water temperature of the engine (4) and, on the basis of the water temperature of the engine (4), determining whether to close the solenoid valve.
