Abstract:
The present invention relates to a crimped and deformed terylene conductive filament, a fabrication method therefor and an application thereof. The crimped and deformed terylene conductive filament is obtained by crimping and deforming a terylene conductive filament, and is characterized in that the crimp shrinkage rate is 15-60%, and the crimp stability is 40-90%. The process flow of the deforming is as follows: a conductive fiber protofilament is heated and plasticized by a deformation hot box, cooled by a cooling plate, twisted and untwisted by a false twister, shaped, added with a network, oiled, wound, inspected and packaged. The described crimped and deformed terylene conductive filament is beneficial to subsequent blending weaving processing or is independently used for weaving, so that a soft yet bulky effect of the human body may be exhibited, and the crimped and deformed terylene conductive filament may be widely applied to 1) tranquillization and hypnosis, 2) blood circulation improvement, 3) electrostatic removal, 4) dust removal and filtration, 5) mariculture, 6) freshwater culture, 7) preparation of negative ions containing water/air, 8) electric heating, 9) low-pressure conducting wires, and 10) signal transmission.
