Abstract:
A crisis response assessment device (10) deduces the content of a crisis likely to occur through a simulation performed by using observation data acquired from an external device. The crisis response assessment device (10) gives an alarm, urging a response to the crisis, to a user's user terminal (1) when the deduced content of the crisis exceeds a prescribed threshold value. Then, upon acquisition of the content of a response made to a crisis by the user from the user's user terminal (1), the crisis response assessment device (10) determines the degree of execution, indicated by the content of the response, of a response plan of the crisis stored in a storage unit in advance. Then, the crisis response assessment device (10) assesses, on the basis of the determination result, the degree of effect of the content of the response made by the user on suppression of damages caused by the crisis. Then, the crisis response assessment device (10) gives the result of the assessment to the user's user terminal (1).
