Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cross-linked copolymer, a preparation method thereof, and a patch comprising same. The cross-linked copolymer inhibits the activity of 5α-reductase and promotes hair growth, and thus can be used for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth, and is less biodegradable than conventional hyaluronic acid, and thus can implement desired effects for a long time. In addition, if the cross-linked copolymer is used, a patch-form hair loss prevention product having convenient attachability/detachability to/from the scalp, like that of microneedles, can be provided instead of a hair loss prevention product mainly used through oral medicine or injection.
