Abstract:
A crosslinkable rubber composition, uses thereof, rubber granules made of the same, and methods of preparation and injection forming methods of the rubber granules are disclosed. The crosslinkable rubber composition at least comprises a styrene-butadiene copolymer, softeners for rubber, fluid modifiers and peroxide vulcanizing agents. The crosslinkable rubber composition is suitable for producing rubber products. The crosslinkable rubber composition can be produced into rubber granules which don't lead to crosslink below 80˚C. The rubber granules are formed by closed mixing, opened mixing, extruding and pelletizing. The rubber composition and rubber granules in the application can be formed directly by injection molding, and they have good fluidity, and can be vulcanized in late stage and stored for a long time at room temperature. Compared with the prior art, the rubber granules can be formed directly by injection molding, and they are not easily self-vulcanizing and do not require low temperature storage condition. Furthermore, the vulcanization rate is easy to be controlled.
