Abstract:
The present application belongs to the technical field of concrete admixture preparation, and particularly relates to a crosslinked polycarboxylic acid water reducer and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: (I) preparing a hydroxyalkyl-terminated vinyl polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene ether; (II) preparing a trimethylolpropane polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether triacrylate; and (III) carrying out a free radical polymerization reaction of the hydroxyalkyl-terminated vinyl polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene ether and the trimethylolpropane polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether triacrylate to prepare a crosslinked polycarboxylic acid water reducer. During the polymerization process, the reaction rate is controllable, and heat release is mild and stable, such that the phenomena of location explosion, etc., caused by a high temperature during the polymerization reaction process is avoided, and the reaction speed can be stably controlled. A polycarboxylic acid water reducer having a high water reducing rate, high collapse retention, good wrapping property and good workability is obtained under room temperature; the water reducer can be used in concrete without adversely affecting the properties of the concrete; in addition, the preparation method for the water reducer is suitable for most production lines.
