Title:
CROSSLINKED PRODUCT OF AMYLOID-β PROTEIN (Aβ) ABLE TO BE SUBSTITUTE FOR AMYLOSPHEROID (ASPD), AND ANALYSIS OF ASPD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/100744
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are a substance able to be a substitute for an amylospheroid (ASPD) and a method for analyzing ASPD. One embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a substance in which the amyloid-β protein (Aβ) is crosslinked by means of a crosslinking agent having a spacer arm length of 4-50 Å or a crosslinking agent having 1-13 oxyethylene groups (-CH2CH2O-) and/or oxypropylene groups (-CH2CH2CH2O-) as a spacer arm. Another embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a method for analyzing ASPD in which the abovementioned substance is used as a reference material.
