Abstract:
Disclosed are a crosslinking type polyimide, a polyimide thin film and a preparation method therefor, and an OLED device. The crosslinking type polyimide comprises a diamine monomer having a long-chain side group. The present invention has the following advantageous effects: 4,40-diamino-400-N-carbazolyltriphenylamine, 1,2,4,5-cyclohexanetetracarboxylic dianhydride, and a para-xylylenediamine crosslinking agent are introduced; because the diamine monomer having a large-volume side group is introduced to enhance the asymmetry, the present invention can destroy the close packing of a polymer and reduce the crystallization property thereof, thereby effectively improving the transmittance thereof; moreover, by introducing the para-xylylenediamine crosslinking agent, the crosslinking agent enlarges a distance between molecular chains, so that polyimide molecules have a larger free volume; a molecular polarizability is reduced due to crosslinking, thereby realizing the low dielectric constant of a material; a novel OLED device having the low dielectric constant and high transmittance is manufactured by using the method.
