Abstract:
The present invention relates to a crowdedness notification apparatus. The apparatus comprises: a reception unit for receiving original images that are obtained by a plurality of cameras respectively installed inside a plurality of carriages, and crowdedness that is calculated from the original images; a thumbnail generation unit for determining the size of thumbnail images corresponding to the original images according to the number of the plurality of cameras, and for generating thumbnail images according to the determined size; and a screen unit for gathering the generated thumbnail images, and for displaying the same together with information indicating the crowdedness, and can thereby efficiently notify a user of the crowdedness and the state of a carriage.
