Abstract:
Disclosed is a crushing, grinding and collecting device for a negative electrode material of a lithium-ion battery, the device comprising a crushing device and a grinding and collecting device. The crushing device comprises a feeding box (1), a loading box (6), a crushing box (7) and a screen plate (10), wherein the crushing box is welded onto two supporting frames (18); the feeding box is welded onto the crushing box; the screen plate is welded onto an inner wall of the crushing box; and the loading box is fixedly disposed on a left bearing plate (19). The grinding and collecting device comprises a collecting box (13), a grinding box (15) and a second motor (16), wherein the grinding box is welded on two supports (14) of the grinding box; the second motor is fixedly disposed on the grinding box; and the collecting box is fixedly disposed between the two supports of the grinding box. The crushing, grinding and collecting device makes, via coarse crushing and fine crushing, the size of the material entering the grinding device be uniform, thus improving the grinding speed, and then enabling the material particle size to satisfy standards and saving on labour and processing costs.
