The present invention relates to the technical field of electron microscope equipment, and specifically disclosed are a cryo-stage for a cryo-electron microscope and a control system therefor. The cryo-stage comprises a cryo-electron microscope body (101) and an object placement mechanism; the object placement mechanism comprises a bottom plate (102), a flange ring (103), adjustment units, a guide rail (104), a sliding block (105), and a sample stage; the cryo-electron microscope body (101) is fixedly connected to the bottom plate (102) and located above the bottom plate (102); the flange ring (103) is fixedly connected to the bottom plate (102) and located below the bottom plate (102); the guide rail (104) is fixedly connected to the bottom plate (102) and located above the bottom plate (102); two adjustment units are provided, and are each arranged above the bottom plate (102); an output end of each adjustment unit passes through the guide rail (104); the sliding block (105) is slidably connected to the guide rail (104) and located in the guide rail (104); and the sample stage is fixedly connected to the sliding block (105). According to the described structural configuration, the sample stage can be moved, such that an observation substance can be conveniently placed or replaced, and the placed observation substance is in the optimal state and position.
