Abstract:
The present utility model discloses a cryogenic alkylation refrigeration system, which comprises a fresh C4 feed cooler (E1), a fresh C4 feed refrigeration unit (B1), a reactor (R1), a refrigeration compressor (C1), an air cooler (E2), an air cooler outlet condenser (E3), a refrigerant storage tank (V1), a refrigerant circulation pump (P1), an isobutane cooler (E4) and an isobutane refrigeration unit (B2) which are connected in sequence through a pipeline. The cryogenic alkylation refrigeration system according to the present utility model can cool and dehydrate the fresh C4 feed and cryogenize refrigerant isobutane and recycle isobutane, thereby effectively lowering the reactor temperature, reducing the acid consumption and improving the product quality. Heat is exchanged between the compressor outlet air and low-temperature outflow, and at the same time a gas is continuously released from a refrigerant storage tank to a fuel gas pipeline. Therefore, the pressure of the refrigerant storage tank can be effectively lowered, the shaft power of the compressor can be reduced, the power consumption can be reduced, and the production of isooctane can be increased under the same power consumption.
