Abstract:
Disclosed are a cryogenically injectable acrylic bone cement and a preparation method therefor. The cryogenically injectable acrylic bone cement comprises a solid phase and a liquid phase, and the solid-liquid ratio of the solid phase to the liquid phase is 0.25-0.5 ml/g. The solid phase comprises 25-80 wt% of a component A and 20-75 wt% of a component B, in percentage by mass, wherein the component A comprises 59.5-99.5 wt% of powered acrylic polymers and 0.5-2 wt% of a peroxide initiator. The liquid phase comprises 95-99.9 vol% of acrylic monomers and 0.1-5 vol% of an promoter, in percentage by volume. The component B is particles prepared by mixing the component A and the liquid phase at a solid-liquid ratio of 0.25-0.8 ml/g. The cryogenically injectable acrylic bone cement has a low exothermic temperature during curing, has no new products introduced after curing, a smaller amount of residual monomers and good biocompatibility.
