A cryptographic communication method comprises: (A) two or more terminals each preparing a set of a first public key and a first secret key; (B) one of the two or more terminals creating a set of a second public key and a second secret key, and delivering the set to another terminal;(C) the one of the two or more terminals, using the first secret key prepared in (A) and the second public key shared in (B), creates a common key; (D) the other of the two or more terminals, using the second secret key shared in (B) and the first public key of the one terminal prepared in (A), creates a common key for use in communication with the one terminal; and (E) a set of the terminals implementing cryptographic communication using the common key.
