Abstract:
Provided are a crystal element and a crystal device that have a further improved drive level dependency (DLD) characteristic. The crystal element comprises a crystal piece (121), and a pair of electrodes (122a, 122b) positioned on both surfaces of the crystal piece (121) and including an electrically conductive layer with a gold content of 90% or more in mass ratio. In the crystal element, portions in which the DLD characteristic is in positive direction (+) and in opposite direction (-) are present in a mixed manner.
