Abstract:
Disclosed are a crystal form of a high-stability nor-ursodeoxycholic berberine salt and a preparation method therefor, which relate to the field of pharmaceutical chemistry. The crystal form has the following structural formula. In X-ray powder diffraction of the crystal form, a 2θ diffraction angle has characteristic peaks at 3.54+/-0.2 degrees, 7.13+/-0.2 degrees, 13.14+/-0.2 degrees, 15.95 +/-0.2 degrees, 16.40+/-0.2 degrees, 18.64+/-0.2 degrees, 24.90+/-0.2 degrees, 25.76+/-0.2 degrees and 26.30+/-0.2 degrees. Compared with other crystal forms of the nor-ursodeoxycholic berberine salt, the crystal form has more excellent stability, and has a good application prospect in the preparation of high-quality solid chemical drugs.
