Abstract:
Disclosed is a culture medium external circulation and renewal apparatus for a bioreactor. The bioreactor has a tank for containing a mixed solution of animal cells and a culture medium. The culture medium external circulation and renewal apparatus comprises: a dialysis assembly, wherein the dialysis assembly is disposed outside the tank and comprises a dialysis filter, and the dialysis filter is configured to dialyze harmful metabolites in a culture medium, which is separated from the animal cells, to a dialysate; and a ventilation assembly, which is in fluid communication with the dialysis assembly, wherein the ventilation assembly is disposed outside the tank and comprises a gas distributor, the gas distributor is configured to deliver a gas into the culture medium separated from the animal cells, and the gas distributor and the dialysis filter form one integral member. The culture medium external circulation and renewal apparatus integrates a gas exchange function and a dialysis function into one function, and is carried out as a compact design.
