Abstract:

Provided are a culture medium, a preparation method therefor, and a method for culturing Bacteroides fragilis therewith. The culture medium comprises plant-derived peptone, yeast powder, sodium chloride, dipotassium phosphate, a porphyrin source, glucose and sodium hydroxide. In the culture medium, by means of the overall adjustment of the formulation components, plant-derived peptone is used to replace traditional animal-derived peptone, and a microbial culture effect equivalent to that of a culture medium which uses animal-derived peptone may be obtained.
