Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention pertains to a culture vessel in which enough oxygen for the growth of cells or the like is supplied from a bottom section of the culture vessel having cultured matter such as cells adhered thereto, and which has a culture space suitable for three-dimensionally controlling the growth of the cultured matter, and further, from which the grown cultured matter can be removed without damage thereto. The culture vessel has a culture space for culturing cultured matter. The culture vessel has: a vessel member (B) that has an inverse recessed portion at a lower surface of the bottom section, and that is provided with a first through hole at an end of the inverse recessed portion; and a film member (A) that has oxygen permeability. The film member (A) is detachably attached with the vessel member (B). When the film member (A) is attached to the vessel member (B), the inverse recessed portion and the film member (A) form a space α. The first through hole located at an end of the space α receives the cultured matter. The space α is a part of the culture space.
