Abstract:
A cup-to-disc ratio determination method and apparatus based on a neural network, and a device and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring an eye fundus image, and performing optic disc region detection on the eye fundus image so as to obtain an optic disc region (S101); inputting the optic disc region into a pre-trained neural network to obtain a predicted cup-to-disc ratio and an optic cup and optic disc segmentation image (S102); determining an arithmetical cup-to-disc ratio on the basis of the optic cup and optic disc segmentation image (S103); and determining an actual cup-to-disc ratio according to the arithmetical cup-to-disc ratio and the predicted cup-to-disc ratio (S104). By means of the method, the accuracy of the determined cup-to-disc ratio is improved, cases of excessive screening and missing screening during a disease screening process are reduced, and the method is applicable to the field of smart medical treatment.
