Abstract:
A curable composition which contains a blocked isocyanate wherein an NCO group of an isocyanate compound having an H6XDI skeleton is blocked by a blocking agent having an O=C-CH-C=O skeleton, a curable functional group-containing fluorine polymer, and an alkoxysilane having a functional group that contains at least one element selected from among group 15 and group 16 elements (excluding oxygen), and which may contain titanium oxide. This curable composition is configured such that: the molar ratio of the curable functional group to the NCO group is 0.5-10; the alkoxysilane is contained in an amount of 0.2-8 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the total of the blocked isocyanate and the fluorine polymer; and the titanium oxide is contained in an amount of 0-200 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the fluorine polymer.
