Abstract:
The present invention provides a curable composition for dental use, a cured product of which has excellent mechanical strength and excellent aesthetic properties. The present invention relates to a curable composition for dental use, which contains (A) an inorganic filler, (B) a polymerizable monomer and (C) a thermal polymerization initiator, and which is configured such that: the mass ratio of a polymerizable monomer (B-1) that has a viscosity of from 300 mPa∙s/25°C to 1,500,000 mPa∙s/25°C (inclusive) to a polymerizable monomer (B-2) that has a viscosity of 1 mPa∙s/25°C or more but less than 300 mPa∙s/25°C in the polymerizable monomer (B) is from 90:10 to 100:0; and the 10-hour half-life temperature (τ) of the thermal polymerization initiator (C) is from 90°C to 170°C.
