Abstract:
A curable composition comprising a compound having at least an unsaturated cycloacetal group represented by formula (I) (unsaturated dioxane type) or formula (II) (unsaturated dioxolane type), a compound having at least two SH groups per molecule, and a compound having at least two reactive unsaturated bonds and being selected from the group consisting of bisphenols, triazine ring-containing compounds, and isocyanuric acid derivatives, and a method for injection molding of the composition are disclosed. The curable composition undergoes polymerization by crosslinking reaction caused by irradiation with high energy rays, and the resulting molding having formed thereon an aluminum oxide layer can be used as an optical disc base having high optical reliability, and excellent mechanical strength, water resistance, heat resistance and hardness.
