Abstract:
A cured layer lamination method whereby: a powder material for cured layer formation is blown on to a base material and melted, said powder material having mixed therein a first powder including a stellite alloy and a second powder including a tungsten carbide; and cured layers of melted and hardened powder material are sequentially formed upon the base material. As the cured layers are formed further away from the base material in the lamination direction, at least either an input heat adjustment process or a content volume adjustment process are executed, said input heat adjustment process reducing the amount of heat input to the powder material when the cured layer is being formed and said content volume adjustment process increasing the second powder content in the powder material in the cured layer.
