Abstract:
An HDI/IPDI curing agent, a preparation method therefor, the use thereof and a thermally curable PU adhesive film. The curing agent is prepared from an ester solvent, TMP, HDI, IPDI and DBTDL. The prepared curing agent has a more compact cross-linking structure compared with HDI; and compared with a traditional curing agent, the present curing agent has a lower viscosity and a better leveling property, can improve the construction solid content during a coating process, solve the problems of poor leveling, high probability of bubble spots, orange peel striae, edge shrinkage, etc., during a thick coating process, and can further effectively improve the mechanical properties of a thermally curable PU adhesive film. A traditional TPU casting process is replaced with a method for forming a film by means of carrying out coating on a release film, the production process is simple and efficient, and the adhesive film is water-white and transparent; and a cross-linked network is formed among molecules of the prepared thermally curable PU adhesive film, such that the thermally curable PU adhesive film has better mechanical properties, can be directly coated on a silica gel, has a simpler structure, is convenient to construct, solves the problem of a traditional thermoplastic TPU being likely to be swelled and whitened by a solvent when being directly coated on a silica gel and the problem of a small-molecular plasticizer in a traditional TPU being likely to deactivate a platinum catalyst in a silica gel and resulting in the need for the attachment of an intermediate isolating layer, and reduces the process difficulty and cost of a protective film manufacturing end.
