Abstract:
A current calibration device for a power supply channel in a test system, comprising n power supply channels (DPS_1-DPS_n), n connection switches (k1-kn) having one-to-one correspondence to the n power supply channels (DPS_1-DPS_n), m resistors, m selection switches having one-to-one correspondence to the m resistors, a VBIAS power supply, an SPI bus, an upper computer, and an ammeter, wherein n and m are both integers greater than 0. One end of the power supply channels (DPS_1-DPS_n) is connected to the SPI bus, and the other end of the power supply channels (DPS_1-DPS_n) is connected to a node Q by means of the corresponding connection switches (k1-kn); both ends of each selection switch are respectively connected to the node Q and one end of the resistor, and the other end of the resistor is connected to the positive end of the current meter; the negative end of the current meter is connected to the VBIAS power supply; the VBIAS power supply is connected to the SPI bus at the same time. According to the current calibration device and the correction method, segmental calibration is achieved by means of a software algorithm; the current measurement precision of the power supply channels is improved; the problem that the traditional power supply channel current calibration can only cover a single point or few voltage ranges is solved.
