Abstract:
[Problem] To make the relationship of output voltage to magnetic flux density an approximately linear relationship that has high linearity. [Solution] The present invention: supplies a current detection device (10/10A), which is provided with magnetism detection elements (11, 12) that output a voltage signal (Vout) that corresponds to magnetic flux density (B), with magnetic flux densities (B) in a range that can be detected by the magnetism detection elements (11, 12); acquires measured value data that is obtained as a result of the abovementioned process and that indicates the relationship between magnetic flux density (B) and an output voltage signal (V1) for the current detection device (10/10A); performs computational processing so as to fit the acquired measured value data to a formula that includes a plurality of factors (Voff, Vsat, Bb, φ, α/A1-A5) and that indicates the output voltage of the magnetism detection elements (11, 12), and calculates the plurality of factors; and outputs a corrected voltage signal (VL) wherein the output voltage signal (V1) from the magnetism detection elements (11, 12) has been corrected in accordance with the calculated plurality of factors so as to be approximately linear with respect to magnetic flux density (B).
