Abstract:
The present invention includes a primary conductor through which a current to be measured flows, at least one magnetic sensor that detects the intensity of a magnetic field generated by the current flowing through the primary conductor, and a magnetic body part that surrounds the periphery of the primary conductor and the magnetic sensor. The magnetic sensor has, regarding the output characteristics, a low output region in which a measurement voltage value lower than a virtual output voltage which is proportional to the value of the current is output. The magnetic body part has, regarding the magnetization characteristics, a magnetic saturation region in which the magnetic permeability decreases in a range where the absolute value of the current is equal to or higher than the threshold value. The magnetic field leaking from the magnetic body part in the state of being in the magnetic saturation region reaches the magnetic sensor in the state of being in the low output region, whereby the output of the magnetic sensor is corrected so that the measurement voltage value increases.
