Abstract:
[Problem] To facilitate formation of a wiring pattern while reducing noise and improving detection accuracy. [Solution] A current transformer 60 is provided with a coil portion 62 formed in a stacked substrate 61, and the coil portion 62 is provided with a forward wound coil 70 and a reverse would coil 80. A first electrically conductive pattern 73 of the forward wound coil 70 is provided with a first inclined portion 732 which is inclined in a first direction Dc1 from an outside to an inside, in a radial direction Dr, of the stacked substrate 61, and a second electrically conductive pattern 74 is provided with a second inclined portion 742 which is inclined in a second direction Dc2 from the outside to the inside in the radial direction Dr. The reverse would coil 80 is provided with a third electrically conductive pattern 82 extending in a circumferential direction Dc, and the third electrically conductive pattern 82 overlaps the first inclined portion 732 and the second inclined portion 742 when viewed from a stacking direction Ds.
