Abstract:
A current transformer (10), comprising a magnetic core (11), a first primary side winding (12), a second primary side winding (13), and a first secondary side winding (14). The magnetic core (11) comprises a first magnetic core structure (111), a second magnetic core structure (112), and a third magnetic core structure (113), wherein the first magnetic core structure (111) and the second magnetic core structure (112) are connected to form a first closed magnetic circuit (201), the first magnetic core structure (111) and the third magnetic core structure (113) are connected to form a second closed magnetic circuit (202), and the first magnetic core structure (111) is a common magnetic core structure of the first closed magnetic circuit (201) and the second closed magnetic circuit (202). The first closed magnetic circuit (201) passes through the first primary side winding (12), and the second closed magnetic circuit (202) passes through the second primary side winding (13). The first secondary side winding (14) is winded on the first magnetic core structure (111). Magnetic fluxes generated by differential mode currents flowing through the first primary side winding (12) and the second primary side winding (13) are overlaid to each other on the first magnetic core structure (111), and magnetic fluxes generated by common mode currents flowing through the first primary side winding (12) and the second primary side winding (13) cancel each other on the first magnetic core structure (111).
