Abstract:
A glass plate comprises a chemically-strengthened glass including a first surface, a second surface that opposes the first surface, and at least one end surface that connects the first surface and the second surface. When a tangential direction from an arbitrary point on the first surface is the X-axis, and among the tangential directions from the center of the first surface, a direction orthogonal to the X-axis is the Y-axis and a direction orthogonal to the X-axis and the Y-axis is the Z-axis, the X-axis is a direction in which a first radius of curvature R1 of a cross section of the first surface taken along an XZ plane that passes the X-axis and the Z-axis is the smallest among the tangential directions of the first surface at the arbitrary point on the first surface. The first surface has a curved portion with a surface which curves in the X-axis direction on at least one point on the first surface, and the first radius of curvature R1 is in a predetermined range.
