Abstract:
Disclosed are a curved-surface cutting device and a curved-surface cutting method therefor, relating to the technical field of cutting dies. The curved-surface cutting device comprises: a cutter holder, wherein the cutter holder is in an inverted U-shape, so that an accommodating cavity with an opening at the bottom is formed in a lower portion of the cutter holder; a pair of first through holes respectively provided in two side walls of the cutter holder; a rotating assembly rotatably connected to the cutter holder and located in the accommodating cavity; three groups of cutting assemblies which are fixed to an outer surface of the rotating assembly in a circumferential array and can smoothly pass through the accommodating cavity, and by rotating the rotating assembly on the cutter holder, the cutting assembly is driven to be switched to complete switching of different cutting assemblies; and a clamping assembly slidably clamped on each of the cutting assemblies, wherein the clamping assembly is clamped in the first through hole, so that the cutting assembly is fixed to the cutter holder, and the cutting assembly is clamped and positioned. By rotating the rotating assembly, the different cutting assemblies are rotated directly below the cutter holder according to the requirements for different curved surfaces of a workpiece, and the cutting assembly is clamped and fixed to the cutter holder for clamping and positioning by means of the clamping assembly.
