Abstract:
A first acquisition unit (410) acquires master information including at least one of face information and iris information of a customer, and acquires, from a certificate held by the customer, information of the same type as at least a part of the master information and personal information of the customer. A storage processing unit (420) stores the master information and the personal information in a first storage unit (422) in association with each other when at least a part of the master information matches the information of the same type acquired from the certificate. A second acquisition unit (430) acquires, from an imaging device (30) installed in a store, information for authentication including information of the same type as the master information, and when there is master information that matches the information for authentication, acquires personal information corresponding to the master information. An execution unit (440) causes an in-store device (20) to execute a predetermined process using the personal information.
