Abstract:

This customer guidance device (20) is provided with: a code reader (530) which acquires a payout requested by a customer; and a control unit (550). The control unit (550) extracts, on the basis of the payout acquired by the code reader (520), a cash payment device, which is a target to which the payout is to be paid by cash, from among a plurality of cash payment devices, and performs a control for guiding the customer to the extracted cash payment device. For example, as a control for guiding the customer, the control unit (550) causes customer guide information for specifying the extracted cash payment device to be displayed on an operation display unit (510).
