The CPE comprises a WiFi access module (110), a rotating body (120), a base (130), and a control processing module (140), wherein the rotating body (120) is provided with a millimeter wave access module (121), the base (130) is provided with a rotary driving apparatus (131) and a rotary shaft (132), and the rotary driving apparatus (131) is connected to the rotating body (120) by means of the rotary shaft (132).
