Abstract:
The present application discloses a customization platform for a service quality evaluation product, comprising: an account management module, for generating a registration interface and a product creating interface so as to guide a user to perform registration and login to customize a service quality evaluation product; an access method configuration module, for generating a product access method configuration interface so as to guide the user to configure an access method for the service quality evaluation product; a speech transcription configuration module, for generating an industry type selection interface so as to guide the user to select an industry type, select a corresponding speech recognition model according to the industry type, and perform pre-training, wherein the pre-trained speech recognition model is used to convert an inputted audio file into text; and a semantic analysis configuration module, for generating an evaluation information configuration interface so as to guide the user to enter evaluation information and perform service quality scoring according to the text and evaluation information.
