A cutoff-type LED street-lighting apparatus integrated with a power converter is provided. The cutoff-type LED street-lighting apparatus integrated with a power converter comprises: an LED module for emitting light by using a plurality of LED devices; a memory for storing a first mapping table in which the illuminance of the LED module is mapped by time interval; a power control unit for checking the illuminance mapped to a current time from the first mapping table when a first dimming control mode of controlling dimming according to time is set, generating and transmitting a dimming control signal for controlling the LED module in order to emit light at the checked illuminance; and a power supply unit which comprises a main power source unit for supplying main power to the LED module and an auxiliary power source unit for supplying auxiliary power by being switched when an abnormality occurs in the power supply of the main power source unit, and which adjusts an output voltage for driving the LED module, according to the dimming control signal received from the power control unit, so as to supply power to the LED module.
