The present invention relates to a cutout switch having an arrester mounted therein, and the purpose of the present invention is to increase a lightning arrest protection effect by minimizing the distance between an arrester and a device to be protected, increase a lightning protection effect regardless of a proceeding direction of a lightning surge, and simplify a connection structure between the arrester and the device to be protected. According to the present invention, the cutout switch having an arrester mounted therein comprises: a cutout switch body (110); a fuse holder (120) of which both upper and lower end portions are connected to one side of the cutout switch; a power connection frame (130) fixed over the cutout switch and the fuse holder; a primary (power side) connection terminal (140) formed on the power connection frame and having a primary lead line connected thereto; a secondary (load side) connection terminal (150) formed in the cutout switch and having a secondary lead line connected thereto; a coupling insulator (170) connected to the other side of the cutout switch and having the other side connected to a bracket (160), which is fixed on an arm provided on an electric pole; a arrester (180) having one side connected to the cutout switch through the cutout switch body or an arrester connection unit formed in the power connection frame; and an arrester support (190) having one side connected to the arrester and having the other side fixed to the bracket. Therefore, the weight of the arrester is dispersed to the arm through the arrester support, and the arrester is stably supported.
