Abstract:
Provided are a cutter blade and a processing device with which processing of composite materials such as fibre-reinforced plastics (FRP) can be performed, even without using highly expensive blades and employing a special processing method. In this processing device (1), pneumatic cylinders (5A, 5A) are provided to a 6-axis vertical multi-articulated robot (3), and a cutting blade (10) is provided between the pneumatic cylinders (5A, 5A). The cutting blade (10) is integrally provided with: a profile part (10B) corresponding to a resin moulded article (20); and a cutting-blade part (10A) which has a cutting edge thereof positioned in the vicinity of the profile part (10B), and which has a tool angle (β) in the range of 15-120˚.
