Abstract:
A cutter driving device (100), comprising a follow-up driving assembly (20), a cutting driving assembly, a cutter driving rod (10) and a connecting rod pair (40), wherein the cutter driving rod is connected to the follow-up driving assembly; and a first connecting end of the connecting rod pair is connected to the cutting driving assembly, and a second connecting end thereof is connected to the cutter driving rod. According to the cutter driving device, a kinematic pair is changed from a linear pair to a rotating pair, which is formed by the connecting rod pair, so that metal particles generated due to friction are reduced, and the problem of potential safety hazards of a battery being caused by falling of the metal particles when a driving structure cuts a strip in a following manner is alleviated. In addition, a cutting apparatus, which comprises the cutter driving device, is provided.
