Abstract:
The invention relates to wood processing, in particular to tools for working mortises, rabbets, tenons and complex curved profiles. The inventive cutter comprises a body provided with slots and cutting blades arranged therein, wedges and adjusting pins accommodated in the holes of the cutting blades. Said adjusting pins are made of flexible material, the ends thereof being accommodated in the holes of the cutting blades in such a way that the end of the adjusting pin interacts with the surface of the hole which is nearest to the axis of rotation of the cutter. The ends of the cutting blades opposite to a cutting edge are arranged in such a way that they interact with the cutter body. Said invention makes it possible to improve the accuracy of adjustment of the cutting blades and increase the operational reliability of the cutter.
